HYBRID PLASTIC RUNWAYDefinition:
The hybrid self-skid-traction track consists of an elastic base layer formed by mixing polyurethane primer with eco-friendly rubber particles, and a surface layer achieved by spraying self-skid-traction coating. The base layer is constructed by mixing and applying polyurethane compound with eco-friendly rubber particles, while the middle layer serves as a closed-cell polyurethane foam elastic layer. The surface layer is a self-skid-traction polyurethane spray coating. This track design ensures excellent elasticity while reducing material costs, making it the most preferred type for vocational schools and sports venues. The surface layer is free of particles and shedding, resulting in an extended service life.
Shengbang mixed-type self-textured track uses solvent-free materials and fully complies with the new national standard GB 36246-2018.

The impact absorption and vertical deformation comply with GB 36246-2018, with a skid resistance value of ≥ 47 (BPN 20 ℃), a measured tensile strength of 1.20MPa (national standard ≥ 0.5MPa), and a measured elongation at break of 130% (national standard ≥ 40%). The environmental standards comply with GB 36246-2018 (solvent-free).
