Silicon PU stadium material is a new type of stadium surface material with organic silicon modified polyurethane as the core component. It is composed of a single component organic silicon modified polyurethane to form a buffering and rebounding structure, and a two-component modified acrylic acid as the wear-resistant surface layer. Silicon PU material combines the elasticity of PU with the weather resistance of silicon, making it a high-quality and cost-effective stadium surface layer system.
Silicon PU stadiums have excellent impact absorption performance, wear resistance, anti slip performance, and environmental performance, and are currently one of the preferred materials for the construction of stadiums in schools, communities, and professional venues. Standard thickness of 8mm ± 2mm (conventional), impact absorption of 20-50%, anti slip value of 80-110BPN (dry test), vertical deformation of 0.6-3.0mm, tensile strength ≥ 0.5MPa, elongation at break ≥ 40%, in accordance with standard GB 36246-2018.
