PREFABRICATED RUNWAY

Definition:
Preformed rubber tracks are a multi-layer composite sports flooring material primarily made from natural and synthetic rubber, formed through industrial prefabrication. The surface layer features a high-rubber-content, high-density wear-resistant design with textured patterns to enhance slip resistance, while the base layer consists of a micro-porous foamed elastic layer. This layer achieves impact absorption and energy feedback through a closed-cell bubble structure formed by high-temperature vulcanization.
Pre-fabricated tracks complete all production processes in the factory, requiring only on-site installation of rolled materials and seam treatment. As a factory-prepared product, it features uniform thickness, stable performance, and a short construction period, making it the mainstream choice for IAAF-certified competition venues.

SEMI PREFABRICATED RUNWAY

Definition
Semi prefabricated runway is a modern runway material that combines the advantages of prefabricated and cast-in-place processes. The core structure is as follows: the elastic bottom layer is prefabricated in the factory, bonded with a special adhesive on site, the joints are sealed with cast-in-place polyurethane material, and finally the surface layer is sprayed to make the surface layer system a non permeable runway system.
The semi prefabricated runway combines the dual advantages of uniform thickness of prefabricated and seamless integration of cast-in-place, while also having good cost-effectiveness, making it a new choice for campus and social competition venues.

SEMI PREFABRICATED STADIUM

Definition
Semi prefabricated stadium is a new type of stadium material that uses factory prefabricated elastic rolls and on-site spray coating technology. The elastic layer is a factory prefabricated full plastic polyurethane elastic micro airbag roll (without doped particles or other materials), with stable chemical and physical properties and consistent thickness. After on-site installation, the reinforcement layer and topcoat layer are constructed to form a seamless integrated stadium surface layer system.
Semi prefabricated sports fields combine the quality stability of factory prefabrication with the flexibility and adaptability of on-site construction. They have uniform thickness, seamless processing, and long service life, making them a new trend in school and public sports field construction.

SILICON PU COURT MATERIAL

Definition
Silicon PU stadium material is a new type of stadium surface material with organic silicon modified polyurethane as the core component. It is composed of a single component organic silicon modified polyurethane to form a buffering and rebounding structure, and a two-component modified acrylic acid as the wear-resistant surface layer. Silicon PU material combines the elasticity of PU with the weather resistance of silicon, making it a high-quality and cost-effective stadium surface layer system.
Silicon PU stadiums have excellent impact absorption performance, wear resistance, anti slip performance, and environmental performance, and are currently one of the preferred materials for the construction of stadiums in schools, communities, and professional venues. The entire Shengbang Sports Silicon PU Stadium meets the requirements of the new national standard GB 36246-2018.

ELASTIC CUSHIONED ACRYLIC

Definition:
Elastic acrylic court is one of the three surface materials for tennis courts designated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), alongside grass and clay courts. It is composed of 100% acrylic-based materials and specially formulated polymeric rubber particles, featuring an elastic cushioning layer in the surface to distinguish it from the non-elastic hard acrylic courts.
Elastic acrylic courts exhibit excellent resilience, outstanding shock absorption, and UV resistance, effectively concealing minor cracks from the base while reducing impact on athletes' feet and legs. Acrylic-coated surfaces dominate global competitive tennis courts.
